I'm wondering what's the best way to get my @ss back! I only started driving in the last year and everyone warned me I was about to put on a load of weight. However, I actually lost weight, but not in a good way. I'm naturally slim as it is and I seem to have lost muscle tone and shape. I'd a decent bum for a skinny girl but now there's not much definition between it and the top of my legs. Can anyone tell me what's the best form of exercise to get it back? I haven't been a very successful gym goer in the past so ideally it would be an activity of some sort. Thanks!

    Hey Jenny.

I'd hazard a guess and say that the primary reason you have lost weight in the last year is because you have not been eating enough.

If you want to gain weight and regain your shape you need to look at evaluating your diet with a view to increasing calories. What's your diet like at the moment?

Theres a whole raft of resistance exercises that will help build muscle in your gluteal (a$$ ) region. Squats, deadlifts, lunges etc. But really you have to ask yoursrelf what type of exercise do you like doing? Pick something you enjoy, will stick at and has a challenging intensity. The fact that you seem to be coming from a situation of little or no exercise will probably mean that you will gain some muscle from participating in any activity provided your diet is adequte. :)
