Have many people ordered from american eagle? Is it hit or miss with customs or are they like fedex and collect on delivery?

Ive gotten taxed on delivery before but my sister ordered stuff a little while back and got and letter in the post ages after billing her the customs! I think its a bit hit and miss but the more expensive the more likely your are to get taxed so keep it to small deliveries if you want to ovoid tax imo! I stand to be corrected though!

Cheers OP. Bought a cap, 3 hoodies and a shirt for myself.. and a coat, handbag and "dress-type thing" for the girlfriend. Total: €100 with shipping.

    Noice!

Well, judging from past American Eagle threads.. customs is hit and miss!

Even if I was charged.. €140 for 3 hoodies, a cap, a shirt, a top, a jacket and a bag.. all high quality!

    It's still a bargain!

I've placed over 20 orders with Ae this year and was only taxed on 2 or 3. ;)
