PVC door query

My parents have a PVC door - bottom half is solid, and the top half is a solid pane of glass.

Something like this, except the top pane is squared, not rounded.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to make that top pane of glass into a window that opens (ideally tilt and turn - like this)?

If it's possible, who would be able to adapt the existing door? Or can you buy a new door like that - if so does anyone have any links to places that do it?

    Thanks!

you show a picture of a full panel door but describe a back door with a mullion which is possible.

you'd have to find out who made the door to use the same system. Ideally the mullion should be above the door handle so the tilt and turn doesn't hit it.
you could take off the handle on the inside and fit it back on pointing up so the TnT clears it.

Cost? a band new door about 1100e
Just the tilt n turn insert? god only knows
