    I'd stay away from the home gyms.Concentrate on some bodyweight exercises for a while.When you build your strength up invest in a barbell.Read up on the compound lifts.Start off light concentrating on form and slowly add weight.Get a pull-up bar too and progress onto them.

    squats,lunges,pushups,reverse crunches,pullups and chinups would be the main ones.
