I'd say Barney would smash Bear's head into the floor.

Barney could morph into his miniature self to escape powerbombs, he could also use his tail to trip up Bear (especially given that Bear has tiny legs and is very topheavy)

I'd also view Bear as being in poor shape. The little rat thing always bathes in his teacup so I'm guessing his health isn't the best.

Barney is soooo 5 years ago. Bear would defo win. Like someone said, Bear has shadow and that on his side where as Barney only has those pesky kids!

last years kids christmas party for work i dressed up as Bear, and its damn hard to move in that thing, no center of gravity and huge blind spot behind ya. (hench many kids kicking me in the arse and me unable to stop em )
