Heard the gist of a case but missed the name. Was wondering if anyone knows the case and could point out the name to me:

Basically relating to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

Case involves an Indian shanty town which was destroyed. Residents were unable to continue jobs and argued that as they lived in India, the fact they were unable to access their jobs meant they had no livlihood. As such, they said their right to life was being violated.

I might have gotten the facts of the case a bit wrong, name something along the lines of Olgatelis?

Olga Tellis v. Bombay Municiple Corporation AIR 1986 Supreme Court 18

Court said right to a livelyhood was linked to right to life but had to be balanced with right to proper development so allowed squatters who were in shanty town for 20 years to remain
