A lad in my class does the same occasionally, seemingly thinking it's okay because the lecture hasn't started yet. Boy oh boy does it infuriate me.

Cant stand when people do that. Especially if your listening to a good song on the radio.

That often happens - people who are singing along to the music on their MP3 players want to be able to hear their own voices and in the process, forget that they're gonna be louder than usual. It's quite dumb.

I really hate when people on buses think that they can listen to music out loud from their mobiles. WTF? I'm not interested in hearing your terrible choice in music being played at horrible quality out loud.

Only ever see young kids doing that.

Really? I've only ever seen skangers doing that.

Young skanger kids, to be more precise. They sit near the back and play that brain-cell killing, Scooter-inspired, high-pitched "I'm so woooonwey" crap.

I'd take a singing college girl over that any day ;)

Put on some porn really loudly. Start fapping away. Especially effective if you give her a shoulder filling.

It intrigues me when people make the mistake collage/college. Wouldn't a person in college be exposed to the word "college" more often than collage? Unless they're in Trinity?

I think for a Maynooth Arts Degree you make your own from old copies of Woman's Weekly.

Nah, he couldn't be from Trinity because the computer rooms are never empty at lunchtime.

I break into a small dance routine occasionally in school when I have my ipod on, but I never sing. Not a full routine, just a little punk dance

You see what Free Fees has done to our colleges! Even the skangers and the hippity hop brigade can get in now!

Ditto...I have to wonder what someone who can't f*cking spell a simple 7 letter word is bothering going on to further education for...another few years in secondary would be a lot more beneficial...

I know-though the 'automated teller machine' post was hilariously witty regardless of the 'college' mispelling. Maybe the spelling was correct and he meant the poster was part of a big picture of an atm machine made of little bits of different coloured paper.:D
It gets on my nerves when so many people don't know when to spell 'you're' or 'your'. Loads of people mix them up. Population of Ireland out there 'you're' is a shortened version of 'you are'. 'Your' is used when you're saying 'your house' or 'your dog' for example.
It also gets on my wick when people say 'you should of done this or that'. Its 'you should've'-shortened from 'you should have'. There yiz go. Grammer lesson over.:o

The 'yiz' was deliberate but the 'grammer' wasn't-duh!:o
