There is thread on AH inviting boards users to post their most controversial opinion. I posted mine and I was banned.

Surely this is illogical.

Btw, just because another user invites you to post doesn't mean you can post anything you like. If the post is considered too offensive you get a smack on the wrist.

Some bloke got banned last week for going off topic!! I thought that was the whole point of AH, that you could just say random stuff?

He was banned because he's a troll (Admittedly, not as bad as he used to be). This is just one time too many & it crossed a line.

I would hope that these now constant posters banging on about Gypsies, 'Knackers' etc. will face the same stalwart use of of the ban button.

Plenty of them have - deliberately sh1t-stirring language and/or not backing up provocative statements are reprimanded throughout that thread.

when you think about it its not really the OPs opinion, its an observation. Well ok, saying the attacks were justified make you sound, well...yeah.

Theres a history of animosity towards americans (especially in threads involving gun violence - bleh), but I try and call it how I see it. Butted heads with the mods more than once, but the vast majority of it is tongue in cheek.
