Problems loading Team Fortress 2.

    Does anyone have any issues loading TF2 ?
    It use to work fine for me ,but now it hangs at the CONNECTING TO EA SERVERS screen.

    I've read that if you have over 31 people in your friends list ,this problem can happen.
    Anyone have the same issue ?

    Got this sorted out.

    I deleted about 20 people from the friends list and I'm left with about 50.
    Now the game works fine ,wipeout was causing the same problem aswell when it came out first.

    Obviously this is something that causes issues.

    Is there an active community for this game on PS3?

    A regular couple of thousand people online? Is the game buggy as hell compared to 360 version?

    Heard all kinds of horror stories :(

    I'm getting a game everytime I log on ,I haven't checked the lists to see how many people are online though.

    It works fine for me and I haven't seen any problems with player placement in the game or problems that bad pings would cause.

    In a nutshell, TF2 for PS3 will probably never be updated like the PC or XBOX versions. Valve have no interest in it and EA..... Well, there's no money in it for them, so they wont do it.

    We have vanilla TF2 with all the problems that go with it.

    Still a great game, though.

    EA announced a couple of weeks back that they had no one to create any add ons/updates ,for the orange box on ps3.
