BSN Thermonex - stay well away!

howayas.
First time posting on here but I train regularly...


anyway, to the point.

I decided to get some of these BSN Thermonex tablets to bring up my metabolic rate and to just lose a bit of fat whilst bring up my muscle..basically making life a bit easier for myself ( lazy I know :rolleyes: )

So I bought them anyway..had a look through the ingredients..all seems ok.

I took 2 first as recommended and plenty of water throughout the day..(nothing unusual there, I usually drink about 3l a day anyway)


Fast forward 3 hours and my pupils are completely dilated(regardless of light) and I'm vomiting, dizzy, shaking and severe chest pains ( I found out later that these are 'mild side effects' apparently)

the next day felt like cold turkey..I was freezing all day and shaking and slept for the best part of the day..

They went straight into the bin..

now I don't know if I got a bad bunch or something but the fact that when you look into it these are mentioned as 'mild' side effects has put me right off and I think everyone deserves to know that this may be exactly what you're in for if you take them.



That's all basically..just said I'd tell ye about my lovely experience with this..crap./ :mad:

Sounds very strange, I've used a fair few of BSN's products and find them to be great. Looking online Thermonex generally gets good reviews also.
