They'll probably have it on the tv in the student centre. They did last year anyway.

You can also view it on www.oireachtas.ie

Click on 'Oireachtas Live' and you can watch it live or if it's a bit slow the audio of the speech. I think this year's speech is going to be more than one hour's duration.
