You should try lunchtime if you can. Try to go when other people don't have time to.

The absolute worst time at from 5 - 8 Monday and Tuesday. Any other time is grand compared to that period.

Early mornings I find are usually pretty good as the majority of students don't even know what that time of the day looks like and a good workout usually sets you up for the day if you follow it with a good breakfast!

I do however agree with the poster who says that go when you feel everyone else is busy! Maybe mid morning too?

    The weekends maybe?

Yeah they sell them, expensive though at 6 euros

They're not great either, made out of cloth instead of latex.

I much prefer the cloth ones. They had both last time I needed to buy one.

Latex ones are tricky things to get on.

what mornings do the rugby team train there?i think its only tuesdays and wednesday at 7am or something like that.
what time does the gym open at in the mornings?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,163 ✭✭✭✭Boston

Fuk the rugby team. I've been in there while they casually took up both squat racks and both free standing racks while they stood around listening to some muppet. I just as casually moved there workout planners and took a squat rack.

They pissed me off no end last year. I used to go in early in the morning only for those gits to take up all the space not do anything and talk about how lovely their hair was
