vinal roof help needed

Hi all my Da has a mark1 escort and it has a vinal roof that is very dull. is there anything out there that he can use on it to bring a bit of life back into it. the paint work is ok on it just the roof is spoiling it. will try to post some pics over the weekend. thanks

you can replace a vinal roof. or i did a job on one onetime that was going white in patches. matt black paint for a bbq you can get it in woodies in a spray can. you'll need about three cans
other than that you can take off the vinal and paint the steel underneath
the same coulor as the rest of the car

Try silicon spray, it works well on vinyl. Your mother's furniture cleaning products will probably do good also.

You can buy leather & vinyl paint, either spray or brush on, and basically repaint it!
