Hey, just wondered if anyone can help me.

I am currently doing some research into MMA. Basically i need to know everything from how much the sport has changed over the last 10 yrs- including rules etc... right down to the reason certain training methods and equipment are used, eg- kettle bells. And also whether these are viewed as improvements or set backs on developing MMA and the training methods involved.:o

i don't even know what you're trying to say here? why would someone train in kettlebells if they felt they were counter-productive.

Well wouldn't really like to think they would but certain improvements could always cause set backs in other areas.

Google and wikepedia etc are all very good but they don't explain the reasoning behind everything.

Basically its a pile of stupid things like that that has to be covered to pass the course i'm doing.

And who better to ask than people who actually do it??
