Was at a latin type open air festival and one of the stalls was making burgers. I couldn't resist.

    It consisted of... Steak (sliced)
    Slice of ham
    Fried Egg
and these deap fried really thin (spaghetti thin) corn things.

The burger was amazing!! You could feel the fatty goodness all the way down!

So anyone know what they might have been? Have to add them to my standby everyday food collection.

Adding them to your everyday food collection wouldn't be a good idea. You are right though, it does sound delicious.

Ask for a burger anywhere in south america and you'll get something like that. It'll vary from place to place but usually you'll get steak, bacon, egg, cheese, tomato and some empty vitamens to eat around. Usually the 'americano' burger is the premium burger on the menu and costs the equivalent of about 2 quid :)

it doesn't have a mother, therefore it is a vegetable.

one for the vegetarian forum TBH

(Does sound good though, despite the fact I thought this thread was going to be about a "Shaven" Burger:D)

I'm disappointed. I was sure a Brazillian Burger was something else entirely.

Twas in Brussels as part of the "Nuit Blanche" - white night which is basically an all night cultural event piss up!

Really was the bizz though! Ended up with a load of grease all over my top. The missus then had the bright idea to spray it with vanish and leave it over night to "soak in". she washed it and well lets say I now have a permenant bleached reminder of that epic burger!

I have been to Brazil a couple of times over the past few years...

Had a couple of these magical burgers and they are savage... The burger never actually has set ingredients. It basically consists of every ingredient on the menu between 2 burger baps... You get them from corner burger grills.. usually have a few seats or stools. Small places..

My friends... I present to you 'The x-tudo'!

Burgers with eggs are awesome, but the awesomeness of steak burgers and eggs is mindboggling. Lucky bastards anyone who's had this! *plans special meal*

Guacamole isn't deep fried, so it serves no useful purpose.
