Scroobius Pip reference to Mos Def

Looking to see if anyone can help me here. On the song Development Scroobius Pip makes reference to 'hearing Mos Def rhyme the alphabet' before going on to rhyme about the periodioc table. Big mos def fan and have his albums and some collabos he's done but can't find this 'alphabet' rhyme.

Anyone got a link, know what album it's off, or has even heard it?? Cheers

Mos Def is definitely not part of Blackalcious. I've been trying to figure out what the MOS Def thing is and i cant find it, even the magic of google doesnt help.

I'm assuming that it was something that he seen live at a Mos Def gig.

Yeah google didn't help me at all in this search! The live gig theory seems the best bet, although maybe he just messed up the rhyme and felt blackalicious wouldn't fit :D

I got in touch with Scroobius Pip and asked him to solve this for us, he responded with the following:

    Universal Magnetic
    by Mos Def

    The opening lyrics are.....

    "Yeah, ha ha ha
    A-B-boys rock the world
CD's and tapes help generate papes
    E-F is the important Def
G-good, H is what style be
When I grab the microphone and MC
Roll off the tongue like L-M-N-O-P"

    Boom

I now know that i have heard this track a few times before, bit disappointed now that this was what the song was referring too. Thought it was going to be more along the lines of Alphabet Aerobics.
