So i was walking home from college today and got a sudden sharp pain in my tooth from the cold.. i came home and looked in the mirror and noticed 2 small white lumps on the gum above my tooth... then i stuck my finger up into my gum and felt a bunch of lumps!! What's going on? I should mention that this is the tooth beside…

So i was walking home from college today and got a sudden sharp pain in my tooth from the cold.. i came home and looked in the mirror and noticed 2 small white lumps on the gum above my tooth... then i stuck my finger up into my gum and felt a bunch of lumps!! What's going on? I should mention that this is the tooth beside my 2 front teeth. My 2 front teeth are dead and I had root canals years ago because I chipped them both.
