    Alright,

Looking for a few suggestions, I am looking to buy a good sounding but small sized bass amp. I have a fender precision and play all sorts but mainly indie and electronica based so its failry melodic. Been to a few shops in Dublin but nowhere seems to have decent bass amps since musican closed down.
price could go up to €250.

any help would be much appreciated.

Roland do a cube bass amp, which is small and portable. Its only 30W though, dont know if that'd be problem for you and costs approx 250. Not sure who stocks them in Dublin city, but the sound shop in Drogheda had some recently.

Hey, you should be able to see he roland at the weekend when X-music opens. They will be stocking Roland. If your really worried about size rather then volume they also do a micro cube in a bass version.

I'm not sure about Warwick amps, I know one was recommended to me when I was starting bass and the sweet15 should be around your price range.

I have that bass micro cube, actually a pretty decent amp, and you can power it by batteries if need be.

Roland also do a 100w Cube Combo. You can get them on ebay for roughly 350. Great amp.

Im just gonna say what i always do cause its the best soloution, well for me and a lot of other boardsies anyway.

For that pricerage, you cant do better than an ashdown Mag series. I think you can get a small amp with a 1X15. Perfect.

Patricide is right about the MAGs I just wasnt sure if they were in your price range. I have a MAG C210T and I love it. It sits under my work bench...just about.

I bought an Ashdown bass amp in Musicmaker a few years back, I'm pretty sure they still do them.

+ 1 on the Ashdown Mag and yes Musicmaker do sell them. Keep an eye on "adverts" here also.
