I would really like to but I have to be up early-ish in the morning. Wish they'd do it at the weekend or on a monday or something.

Im willing to bet this will get lower ratings than all night live Big Brother did when it was popular. Says alot really.

Well they'll mainly be debating whether a jaffa cake is a biscuit or a cake. So depending on your stance they could be discussing cake.

No, don't think it's worth staying up for even if I had work off tomorrow.

I'd rather stay up to watch Questions & Answers at 2AM on a work night than this. Obama should 'win' anyway...

Waste of perfectly good sleeping time, when it will be summarised and parodied all over the internet by the time I get up.

This is true, the daily show will make it far more interesting than McCain or Obama ever could.

Totally did not know it was on tonight. No, I shalln't be watching. It'll probably be on YouTube by tomorrow evening anyway, so I'll watch it there.

Watching now. McCain is not doing enough he needs to attack Obama and hit him hard. Have not seen that so far tonight and this is playing out nicely for Obama. Nothing special from Obama but McCain is not working him enough.

It's a joke to call any of these things "debates". It's mostly just getting your message across as efficiently as possible in the time allowed.
For what it's worth, Obama comes off much better imo. I get the impression he's a lot more rational with his decision making.

P.S. Is anyone else a bit freaked out about the Manchurian candidate similarities here with McCain? I mean he even moves his arms like a puppet. :D

obama owned imo, while mccain just hobbled around in the backround.
