auto exchange,buy one get one free?!

    i thought this might be up here already,there was an ad in the sun today from auto exchange with a buy one get one free offer! so if you buy a car you get one free,what kind of crap are they trying to get rid of?,surely this is too good to be true?:confused:

    AFAIK when a garage trades in your car for "scrappage" they have to dispose of this somehow.

    Garages cannot even sell their good stock so possibly and mostly unlikely they are giving away the "scrappage" cars rather than paying to scrap them themselves.

    Then I wouldn't be in the position of googling "autoexchange" and coming up with at least three different variants - Irish, UK and US.

    The OP didn't specify whether or not that this was an Irish or UK company hence the question.

    was in the irish sun,and listed the irish showrooms,dosent seem to be anything about it on the website!

    On that point. on Top Gear Clarkson was told to buy a car for £500 and have change for the rest of the tasks.

    He went to a garage and bought a car for £1. The garage says it costs them £500 to scrap the car so by giving them £1 he saves then £499.

    Good Deal. Dont let the scangers hear about this otherwise the road will be full of **** boxes.
