Ordering stuff off creative zen store on website

    Just wanted to know who has ordered in the past how fast/ slow it arrived (i'm aware you can prioritise the post details) and was everything you ordered off it working fine with no major hiccups

    and if something was broken/faulty how respectable were creative in refunding you? ignored you/ very helpful?

    I've placed several orders direct with Creative and never had any trouble.
    See if you can phone them as opposed to ordering online as in the past they could offer either free shipping or 10% off over the phone but not for orders placed via web. Phone number should be on their site.

    Delivery was 7-10 days and shipped from Holland if I remember correctly.

    On one occasion I had to send back a Stone due to a faulty battery, I found their service well above the norm.
