    need to buy a wireless router, think ntl are charging 50e for theirs so im shopping around to see if theres a cheaper option

    You won't get much cheaper than 50euro TBH. Sometimes you are better going with the supplied kit because your ISP won't support other equipment if you ring up with a problem.

    Yeah, go with the router that the service provider offers. Less chance of having problems after. Most providers offer free routers anyway...
