As part of the new Snow and Rock store in Dundrum.

Good to have a new option, been it this store in UK an
service and knowledge seemed good. Prices a little steep
    though.

I got my bike in one of their shops in London about this time last year. They seemed to have a decent sale (ie in line with other chains like Evans) on previous year's models. Service was generally grand, but that's always going to be dependent on the staff you meet...

They have a pretty good website, afair.
