NTL/UPC problems at the moment?

My NTL connection was down for the past 9 or 10 hours, it's 'back' now but I have problems getting to some sites, its very slow to load and I can't seem to upload files. Anyone else getting this?

My connection is down in dublin city centre. I can't face phoning these muppets....\

Ok, it's back up but speeds are cat... less than 1mbps.
