Is there such a thing as an adaptor for binoculars that would let you use them like a spotting scope, like look down into them rather than craning your neck ?

I did see a gadget advertised some time ago which was a mirror. You pointed the binos down at the mirror rather than up at the sky. I've no idea whether it was any good.
