After a one & half hrs....most people are nackered,to be honest. Then the % for mind & body fatige can set in and likely hood of injury for first time users is more likely. As playing about with 16kg's sounds easy but is seriously taxing on both mind & body, from a strength endurance point of view.

So I coach untill,I see that people are starting to let there form suffer and from past workshops....thats between one & two hours.

    Hope that help's...J

    I'll vouch for that.

While kettlebells are about the most fun you'll have hoisting iron, it will fatigue you in unexpected ways.

Expect the brainache to set in as the nervous system gets tired.

    Still, great fun though!!

I think I'm about to get a slap on the wrist for multiple threads or something, but here goes.

Numbers will be capped at the workshop to ensure quality. Since one guy just booked 5 places, I thought it fair to forewarn the everyone else, can't let him have all the fun.

Plus Jason has finally launched his homepage www.aiklf.eu, have a look.

    Can threads be combined?
