    My shirt size is 41/16.

Now what is the 41 and what is the 16?

Like is the 41 Chest? Belly? Neck?

I want to order something online but am unsure what size to choose from:

    I'm pretty sure it's 16" = Collar and 41" is chest:

Having worked in men's clothing I can confirm that it's chest and neck size.

Having worked in women's clothing, I can confirm that it's frowned upon.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

I've never seen a shirt with anything other than just a neck size given, and yes, 16" = 41cm, so it's just an imperial / metric representation of the same thing.
