hi, i posted a while ago about how lost i am when it comes to anti virus etc on my laptop, i had got Norton but it was useless so went with AVG recommended here, Alanseeney100 was kind enough to put me in the right direction but to be honest i am still Lost i have AVG with Windows Defender and Windows Firewall but my laptop is running soooooo slllllooooowwwww i am wondering what i need to do to sort it out, is windows Defender and Firewall that crap?? in all fairness when i had Norton it ran like a dream.
