need help building a new house in west limerick.

have got 3 quotes from receommended plumbers 2 for €16000 and one for €8500

the first 2 are using the conventional copper pping system the 3rd plumber is using a manifold system with quadtex piping.

anyone used this system and or any information on it would be helpful. need to make a decision fast!!

    cheers

Big difference in prices here, I'm sure down to labour costings.

What size of house is it, are you installing UFH, conventional rads, back boiler, oil boiler, pellet boiler, what if any form of renewable energy are you incorporating, solar, geo, wind, water, bio ? A little bit more detail would probably help.

I think you should bring the quotes to your Architectural Technician or Architect to discuss what you would be getting for your money.

And I think you will find that any fast decision you make over something this importany you will probably regret in the long run.
