Freshers week Discussion.

Well, the mistory tour should be good, I wreckin the fact that we got a voucher thing for some club in Limerick in the bags that we got on registration day, that we may end up in limerick.
if so, god help us

Starting off on Monday, we are holding our carnival on campus.
Indoor Football and tug-a-war will be held in the hall from 11 onwards.

Monday Night We will meet in The Bell at 7pm where there will be lots of drink promotions and
drinking games. 11pm we will move onto our next mystery destination by bus.

Last years Tag Rugby competition was a huge success with all students,
we plan to do the same on Tuesday of freshers week up on the pitches and where we will also hold rounders, Redbull wiings team will be attending to cheer on students. There will also be darts and pool competitions in the common room 12 onwards people can get involved in.

Wednesday will be our casino day on campus where there will be gaming tables for students to enjoy, redbull wiings team will be attending our casino too for added atmosphere. A dodgeball tournament will be held in the hall from 2 onwards.

Wednesday Night is our main charity event in The Bell where we will be holding our Charity Pub Quiz in aid of our volunteer work in Tanzania next Summer. Students will make teams of four and there will be booby prizes available for winners on the night. This is for a really good cause so we hope to have as many students as possible participate. We will then follow onto Heaven nightclub at 11pm.

On Thursday we will be having our PARTY-ON-CAMPUS DAY; Where we will have a bar on campus, Band Revenge and DJ.

I doubt it's Limerick, Leslyann was talkin to us about it and apparently the club is in the city centre to help people getting taxi's home and stuff. Never got around to getting my ticket so I won't be going anyway, ah well.

***Tickets for Monday of Freshers Week have *sold out* so we're looking at a good start to the week!!!!***
Anyone who hasn't managed to get tickets can pay on to the bus and our mystery destination.

Ye it makes so much more sence going to Dublin as it would be much handier for most people getting home..etc although for the mystory bus you wanna go somewhere, where its more of a mystory u know

Try have some form of ID on you that says your over 18.

We had a yoke in 6th year where we were told everyone would get in, lied and said it was a college do, and they kicked loads out.

I got kicked out with my own passport like!!

Are there lectures/class on this week? Do we just loose c.a marks for not going or do they let us away with it as it is freshers week?

Lectures are on but are optional, I'll be going to my tutorials cause it's 5% of my c/a. A few might not find my arse in the seat but thats a different story.

Do we have to buy tickets and exchange them for cans on thursday or what?
