new sky plus broken?

    my friend just bought sky plus but for some reason he cant find network two on it at all, channel 102 is bbc 2 ?? on mine network 2 is 102!! anyone any ideas??

    Im no expert on these things but your friend appears to be getting the English EPG. Basically the same as if you had no card in. Did the engineer who installed it ring Sky to have the card activated?

    In any event he needs to ring himself and Im sure it will be sorted during the time he's on the phone.

    Was his card activated yet?

    Or was it actived via a phonecall to Sky? In this scenario, it may take up to 24hours before 101-104 changes to correct lineup. Otherwise, annother call to Sky about the issue may be necessary.
