Indonesian woman sprouts metal wires...

It's a currently big news in Indonesia. Metal wires about 10-20 cm long grow from a woman's body! Skeptics initially thought that is must be "self-inflicted". Doctors however, have other theories but have given up on providing any scientific or medical explanations.

The woman had this problem for 17 years and currently being investigated by the Ministry of Health. Initial consultation with doctors and specialists found that the wires are also inside her body. At this stage, there were no current medical explanations or any case ever exist. Hence, there is but only one other possible consideration… Occult magic.

What the hell? 17 years? The first inkling I got that anything untoward was growing out of my body and I'd be straight to a specialist. And no current medical explanation... so it's obviously magic. Occult magic no less.

So what the verdict? Crazy mutant powers? Crazy self harm?

Personally, I think it's suspicious that the skin is puckered where the wires are located, suggesting them being pushed in rather than growing out.

One of her sisters said that she tried to help by trimming the wires. Alas, whenever she trimmed the wires, the wire retreated as if it were hiding and then popped up in another part of Noorsyaidah’s body.

................wait, what? How gulli-calf do you think I am?

Funny I was looking for that original thread earlier but hadn't the patience.. I was watching an update on him last night on Discovery.. They removed a lot of the 'warts' and began surgery only to discover they couldn't continue with the treatment as his bones had disintegrated due to Osteoporosis... Poor guy.. Sad story..

I was gonna say I had been rooting for him, then I thought better of it..:o

She could be in danger now that people know she is wearing a wire.

the tree man was actually some insane case of skin tumours iirc. It did remind me of Spike from X-men though.

Yeah saw that too.. The doctor from Maryland was saying that they all have really rare skin diseases.. but I found it quite strange that there is 4-5 of them in Indonesia considering the odds are very slim. And now there is wire woman? What is in the water / air over there????

It's either toxic waste or the 'Mutogen' ooze from the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' cartoons.

Could it be the start of some real life X-Men type mutations in humanity ?
Can Mary Harney's fat arse be classed along the same lines ? A super special mutation ? Can her fat arse cure disease for instance ?

All this and Andy Rooney, tonight on 60 minutes...

Not so much tree man anymore. He was on discovery lats night and has had 90% of the growths removed. He's on hormone and chemo treatment to stop them comming back. What amazed me is that when they removed as much as they could from one hand and tried a skin graft, they noticed he had no solid bones in his hand. Surely a x-ray would have confirmed this?

Also, this womans dilema looks to be fake to me. "tried to trim it and it goes back into the body" Sure it does... Do it on camera to prove it. Its quite common in poor asian countries for people to deform them selfs or family members to get money out of it. And that looks like whats happening here.
