    Hey all,
I am flogging my digi 8 channel hd pre if anyone here is interested.
Works remotely with PT or can be used stand alone.
VERY high quality 8 channel for drums etc...

Down to €1000 for a few days before I put it on ebay.
This is a bargain at this price!

Can you route those insert sends and returns from the session?

The inserts are after the pre and before the output so you can insert eq/compressor before hitting PT.
The sends and returns are balanced so the send can be used as the output of the preamps which is the way I use it.

It is a very nice, clear pre.
I was going to keep it and get a rosetta 800 but the focusrite isa828 with the digital board looks like a better buy for me because I don't need analogue outs from logic.

Did you get my PM regarding 428 Michael?

I did Paul. Sorry for not getting back to you.
I already got the 828 with the adat card.
It is fantastic. I was initially going to keep the digi pre and get an apogee or lynx converter but heard very good reports about the new 192 converter for the 828 so it was better option for me.
I already had an isa220 which I really like so 8 channels of ISA pres is really nice.
The converter is amazing too and substantially better than the one in the isa220. All in all it is a great job and excellent VFM when you consider the cost of 8 great pres and 8 channels of top quality converter.
