    No.

In Dublin there is only UPC cable, and no HD.

You need BD disk (PS3?) and/or Satellite (FTA BBC,C4, Lux, ITV: no sub needed) for any HD content. Extra ch on Sky Pay TV Satellite. But not much yet

Grr this sucks then.. I guess the only option i have for HDTV content is a HD DVD Player...My home owner wont allow the installation of a satellite dish on the home:mad: because of drilling

UPC have been promising to launch HDTV for some time now. It will eventually roll out, but no one knows when.

Digital Terrestrial TV in Ireland is going to be MPEG4 based, it's possible that it may carry some HDTV content, although we have no idea if that will be the case or what content will be available.

Satellite or BluRay disk is the only option at the moment.

HD-DVD is deader than VHS. BD-DVD it is.
