Couldn't find a picture of the ra-ra skirt I've bought but I don't know what to wear with it so looking some advice! it's black with tiny white polka dots. Would you wear it with boots or heels? and what would look good on top, like a vest or a t-shirt? thanks :)

I wear just a plan black vest top with mine, and dress it up with jewellery, keep it simple with your top..and heels!
