Going to a wedding in a few weeks. Only been to spring and summer weddings before so not sure what to wear to an autumn/winter wedding. Don't want to be freezing! Any ideas?

I only ever had one winter wedding and it was in January...

I have to admit the women at the wedding must not have taken the weather into account when buying their outfits.. there were dresses galore!!!..

The nicest outfit at the wedding was a winter-white trouser suit..coupled with grey/blue top and grey/blue sling-back shoes!...

If you decide to go down the dress route i'd definitly recommend a nice warm jacket/coat!!!

I've only been to a few winter weddings and I've always worn dresses, I've just been careful about the colours. You'll be indoors for most of it so if you have a nice winter coat you can wear that going to and from the church.

I'd get a nice dress with shoes (not sandals) with a winter coat perhaps the same colour cos once your at the reception and eating and dancing you'l be warm!
