    Hi all,

have been going to the Gym for the past while and have been doing mostly Cardio - Bike, Threadmill, Rowing & occasionally the Cross Trainer - usually i aim for:

5-10 mins bike warm up - medium intensity
    Stretching
Rowing - 2000m set programme at a medium intensity
    Threadmill - 3km starting at 9km/hr - 10.5km/hr
    Cross Trainer - 10mins level 3-5, medium intensity - i think :)

I really want to start to tone up a bit - im 26 and carrying a few pounds...
The thing is im clueless when it comes to doing Weights and not sure where to start

The machines in the gym are self-explanatory enough but i dont know how many or what weight i should trying, so was hoping for a little advice

As for the Free Weghts, thats just a mystery tbh - anyways the bench press (think thats what its called) is always busy in my gym and honestly, i dont want to look like a tit not knowing what im doing...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

Is it true that you have to be 18 to do weights ?
