    Hey,

Ive a question regarding using a jacuzzi before training. Im active most nights and usually dont get back until late in the evening (so late the gym is closed). Ill be approaching my fourth day of training this week and my legs are startin to get a little bit stiff. since i missed the opportunity after my run last night is it ok to hop into the jacuzzi/steam room before training tonight. i know its generally a good idea to use them afterwards but can it be benificial for my current situation as i need to loosen up a bit before training?

    cheers

are you mad, it will only make your legs feel extremely tired and useless for running. It would be good to go for a stretching session after a jacuzzi but not a run. Just start of slow to loosen out

fair enough, thanks. i had my suspicions and thats why i asked. ill just take it easy, have a good warm up and stretch. ill save the jacuzzi for tomorrow. its a nice luxury to have :D

it would be a good warm up but then you've to shower and dry etc..
better just doing a good warm up on the rower or something...
