Even though you don't think it's acne going on dianette would help. I am on it but don't have acne,it lessens the production of oils on the skin which prevents any kind of spots and it keeps the skin, you don't have to have acne to go on it,so it might be worth a shot.
Neo strata is great for spots,it used to only be prescribed by dermatologists but now you can buy it in most pharmacies its expensive but it is great

i started getting bad spots only on my chin years ago. it really got me down as i thought i should not be suffering with this affliction in my 20's considering i didn't suffer from spots in my teens. anyway, my cousin recommended zineryt (prescription only). it worked a treat and i still use it now. hope this helps. btw zineryt takes approx 2 weeks before results show. it could work faster for you however.

Dianette is the only thing which would clear up my bad skin. I tried antobiotics but they weren't as strong.

I had really bad skin and dianette worked great for me. Really cleared it up. And dermalogica has been doing a great job at keeping it nice and clear. That is until I tried precleanse a couple of months ago and my poor chin is still recovering :(
