i bought a pair of closed black heels, one size too big (i know, silly me)

is there any thing you can buy to make shoes more snug, like a foam wedge you put behind your heel or something?

they are lovely shoes so i dont want to give them away!

yeah scholl do a range of things, they do heel liners to stop them flicking off the back of your heel, they have a few different things you will get them in any chemist.

Insoles are always a good idea for this. Buy them a size smaller than the shoe. They usually bring you up a size and cushion your foot.

I also sometimes stuff toilet roll into the toe of my going out shoes if they're too big - though this isn't a long term solution and can hurt a lot the next day :-( But it's handy if you're stuck.

Pack some cotton wool into the toe of them... Works for me :D I got a gorgeous pair of shoes in Morgan, sent them to be re-heeled and the cobbler must have stretched them on his mould thingy cause they were a size bigger when I got them back.. I just pack a cotton makeup remover pad or two depending on how stretched they are in.. works a treat, actually made them more comfortable..

+1. they end up coming off before i even step out of the house.

The cotton wool sounds like a good idea!

Not exactly on the topic but I hate Scholl Party Feet! they don't stay in place for a second and actually feel quite uncomfortable! :p
