Anyone missing UPC channels?

    Morning :)

    I have been missing all the BBC's, Sky 1 & 2, UTV, Channel 4, and a host of others since yesterday. In fact I really only have the Irish channels and the kiddies channels.

    Another update? I had major problems a few weeks back with the last update, I am not happy to be facing the same situation again :mad:

    Cable or MMDS?

    Try pulling the card, pushing the card and rebooting (yellow button, if it doesn't reboot automaticaly)

    Thanks for reply Mike65.

    Yep, did that and there was a software update, but still no joy on the missing channels. I was on hold for 28.44 mins to the CS line in UPC and just gave up. Will have to try again later :mad:

    We only had an engineer out 2 days ago to replace our box, we have had untold problems the last month or so and I am so cross right now that its probably as well that I didn't get through to anyone :(
