so its freshers week in college and every event "after dark" is over 18s only govt. id required, but i`m only 17....so anyone know of a way i can become "18" quickly?? most websites are **** when it comes to this.

yeah i just done that and did get refused thats why i turned to the internet.

Chances are they will not check for ID...just show up and you might get in. If not you will have an interesting story to tell people over the next few days. Just don't get an ID card....thats how they track you.

Edit: Take off your jumper/swap your t-shirt and go back again. Confidence is the key. Just ignore the bouncer till they talk to you.

People tend to have more than one ID (passport,garda card, driver license)

right but i`m 1st year in college 2nd day don't know a huge amount of people none of which look like me, some of which are 17 but thanks anyway.

popular myths: freshers week is for freshers. its not, its reunions for older students. the freshers thing is just an excuse.

Just get one of those badges with 18 on them that people get for their birthday. It's a legally accepted form of id and if they don't accept you can sue them for all they're worth. At least that is what my friends, cousins sister pet dog says anyway.
