    Got to the final of this competition with a former band a few years ago. Not surprisingly the band that had brought a bus load of people with them right the way through the competition went on ahead to win it.
    By no means am I bitter as I genuinely don't think we deserved to win it when I saw some of the other competition but the band that did win it in the end certainly didn;t deserve first place.
    Be wary that these competitions often are geared towards bringing as many people through the door as possible.
    No following - no win.
