    Hello,

I'm wondering if anybody here knows of a supplier of bagged tripe.

I spoke with a guy who had a stall at a show about six months ago but lost his card. He was from the north and sold tripe in vacuum packed bags.

If anybody knows this guy or a similar supplier please pm. I'd appreciate your help thanks.

What part of the country are you in? I know where you can get it in Co.Limerick, if that's any use to you.
