    this is my first attempt at processing from RAW. I know there are a few blown out highlights but ive only noticed this now and these can be fixed. Some feedback on the actual composition woudl be flabtastic :D

    Really like the composition and the whole mood of the piece. The shade as it passes over the flower is really well captured. Well done.

    Really nice tones, especially for a first effort at b&w raw conversion.

    I can't quite put my finger on it, but I find the composition a bit stilted or unbalanced, normally I like these macro shots with the main interest off centre, but this one I think is a bit too much so.

    thanks.I wanted to compsoe it slightly differently...though I can try again.this image is just a crop of a much larger image....
