My sister's dell laptop screen is loose when it's open. ie. it can move fwd or back too easily when using it, say on a bus etc. Is there a way of fixing or should I return to dell? it was bought around christmas just gone.

That happens to mine every so often or so. At the back of the laptop you should see two black circles, one to the left and one to the right. These are just pieces of plastic stuck on, you can get under and remove them easily with something sharp. Behind each you will find a small philips screw. These anchor your screen to the rest of the machine. Tighten them up hard and the screen should stay still. Stick the plastic circles back on and you're done.
