does anyone know of anything I can do to target weight loss on my lower legs?

I'm quite short (5'0") and have really heavy legs. I've lost a lot of weight recently but it seems to be mostly coming off my waist and thighs.

I'm also quite top heavy so any recommendations for that would be good too :D

I would say plenty of running would do the job

You can't target weight loss, just be glad its coming off at all.

i've tried running but with being top heavy, it kinda gets a little painful and sports bras aren't easy to get in bigger sizes either lol

What sort of exercise do you like doing?

well i prefer to use a bike or cross trainer at the gym (the latter takes a hell of a lot out of me though!). wouldn't mind doing something outdoors either though as gym can get a little crowded sometimes. tbh i generally find exercise quite boring and it's taken me nearly 4 months just to get into the habit of it.

i guess it kind of annoys me that the body parts that are getting smaller are the ones i never really had a problem with in the first place! so would like to focus on the problem areas if at all possible.

Do you cycle outside? Have you taken measurements of arms, bust, waist, hips, thighs and calves and do you keep a record of them month on month? If you are noticing weight coming off areas that weren't such a problem to begin with, its probably because they had less weight to lose? You may have lost just as much from your problem areas but it would not be as noticeable, or you just simply have more to lose?

Haven't tried cycling outside (recently moved so don't know the area very well) but i think i might take that up and go exploring.

haven't been taking any measurements, have really only noticed from how my clothes fit.

might give it a go though. i'm not too organised so not sure how long it will last ;)
