No viewing card, indefinite UK EPG ?

If I connect a digibox to the satellite without the viewing card will the UK EPG appear indefinitly or does the old cancelled viewing card still need to be inserted every few weeks ?

there indefintely, unless SKY themselves muck about with the epgs across the board.
