I never really fell into the world of the GBA. Aside from the SMB re-releases and Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, I don't know many good games for the handheld. What are some of the most enjoyable platormer/adventure or even rpgs for the Game Boy Advance?

The Duel War games are meant to be great. They were ported over to the DS pretty much like for like and the DS version is great.

Lots of great GBA games - a few platfrmers off the top of my head:

Klonoa (and Klonoa 2) - great puzzle platform games
Castlevania Circle Of The Moon, Aria of Sorrow, and Harmony of Dissonance
Metroid Zero Mission (and Fusion) - Zero mission is much better though
Ninja Five-0 (great little known platform game - cross between shinobi and bionic commando)
Donkey Kong Country 1/2/3 (ports of SNES game)

Was just going to mention that :) Absolutely superb isn't it? Worst name for a game ever though.

I couldn't recommend Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. it's one of the dullest games i've ever played.

The Boktai games are excellent, only problem is they are hard to play in Ireland with you needing to use the sun sensor. They play a bit like Metal Gear Solid without the cutscenes interferring with gameplay.
