So GPs are closed for the weekend, I dont have a local doctor so cant avail of the areas after hours service until tomorrow morning - which is probably what Im going to do, just wondering if that falls through will A&E of a hospital prescribe the morning after pill?

There's usually afterhours services in cities, like Southdoc in Cork. Given that it's Saturday morning now though, you can probably just go to one of the places Thaed posted.

Any Doctor can prescribe it for you, does not have to be your local GP,there is probably a doctor on call you could go to if you ring up a surgery close to you they could tell you or it is usually recorded onto answering machine.
